Aatmoutsarga, a leading non profitable organization, established in 2020 AD by the bunch of innovative youth, is currently working for the welfare of the street and helpless animals throughout the nation. Since establishment, it has been timely and consistently offering end-to-end services to all strayed, homeless and helpless animals by being tied up with  "Animals Welfare and Protection Act - 2011 ".

Aatmoutsarga, founded by the nepalese intellectuals is always known for its pioneering role in the welfare of abused and abandoned animals. With a motive to ensure safety and wellbeing of the animals, it has been working effectively and efficiently in promoting and nurturing bonds between animals and humans. The organizations, this year has with a  "A Shelter, A City" policy as its strategic vision so as to ensure safety, security and wellbeing of street and homeless companion animals.

It has been working to set some ethical standards and values against harmful conducts done on street animals, thus working as strong campaigner for animals rights.
